Start with an idea that has something to teach

This is for a note, voice memo, research summary, or outline that already has a real point. It will not rescue a vague topic such as “make a post about AI.”

Before you paste anything in, decide who it is for and the one thing they should understand when they finish reading.

Build the information order before the visual direction

Keep every factual claim traceable to the source material I provide. Flag anything that needs verification.

Then create a visual brief with hierarchy, layout, color direction, and concise on-image copy. Do not invent statistics, quotes, examples, or sources.

The inputs that keep the result from looking generic

  1. Audience: name a real person or situation, not “everyone.”
  2. Takeaway: write the single sentence the graphic should make clear.
  3. Source material: include the facts, links, and examples that support the idea.
  4. Format: say whether the result is for a carousel, one vertical graphic, a slide, or a handoff to a designer.

A usable input is specific about the reader’s decision

Instead of pasting “AI can help with travel,” try: “Help first-time international travelers compare three places to stay. The takeaway is that the cheapest nightly rate is not always the cheapest trip. Use these screenshots and totals.”

That gives the tool a reader, a decision, and evidence. It can then build an outline that a person can actually fact-check and design.

Check the brief before it becomes a graphic

  1. Can someone explain the main point after reading only the title and first section?
  2. Does every number, quote, and claim have a source you can open?
  3. Are the sections short enough to scan on a phone?
  4. Did the tool add a made-up example, source, or result that needs to come out?
