What gets saved
If you use the contact form, Nyla Builds saves your name, email, reason, message, and submission time. If you join the email list, it saves your email, the page where you signed up, and the time you joined.
Why it gets saved
Contact details are used to read and respond to your message. Newsletter details are used only for Nyla Builds guides and updates.
Email retention and unsubscribing
Subscriber records are kept while you are subscribed. Use the unsubscribe link in any Nyla Builds email to stop future sends; the address is then kept as an inactive record until you ask for deletion. You can request deletion through the contact form.
Pseudonymous site analytics
The site measures pageviews, pseudonymous visitors and sessions, referring websites, campaign tags, clicks, active time, scroll depth, device category, city/region/country, performance, conversions, and missing pages. It uses a random browser identifier that rotates after 90 days. If you send a contact form or join the email list during a measured visit, a conversion record can connect that submission to the visit so Studio can report which pages led to it. The site does not use advertising pixels or store your raw IP address. A one-way IP hash is kept briefly for abuse prevention and is not connected to analytics visits.
Retention and browser signals
Detailed pseudonymous visit records are kept for 90 days. Daily totals are kept for 24 months. Form-abuse events are deleted after 24 hours, and Studio login-attempt records after 30 days. Tracking is skipped when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
Security and essential cookies
Cloudflare may use essential security data or cookies to deliver the site and prevent abuse. Nyla Builds does not sell personal information and does not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
