Start with one source that has something real to say

One Idea, Five Posts starts with a complete article, transcript, video outline, research note, newsletter, or original idea. It makes a source map first, so the central claim, proof, example, reader action, and limits stay visible while the formats change.

By default, it creates a short-video script, an Instagram caption, a carousel outline, an email, and a text post. You can swap those formats when another mix fits your audience better.

It maps the proof before it starts repurposing

  1. The central claim the source is making.
  2. The example, process, quote, or evidence that supports it.
  3. The action you want the reader or viewer to take.
  4. The exceptions and missing information that cannot disappear in a shorter version.

This skill can organize and reshape your source. You still own the final review, especially for facts, examples, quotes, client information, and personal claims.
